When you become a client, we also hold the information needed to deliver our services, such as contact details for your staff and details of your IT systems.

How we use it

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run analytics. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses in order to deliver and protect the site. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-handling service.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting and email providers, and only as far as they need it to do that work. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, and to delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below.
