Your whole IT environment, owned by one team

We look after your computers, servers, users, software and network every day, so problems are caught early.

At a glance

One team that runs all of it. Every device, account, licence and backup looked after every day.

Managed IT means handing the day-to-day running of your technology to a team that is responsible for it. Instead of calling someone when a laptop dies or email stops, you pay a predictable monthly fee per user and we keep the whole environment healthy: monitored, patched, secured, backed up, documented and supported.

Monitored every day. Problems spotted by monitoring before your staff notice them.

One number for everything. Support, suppliers and projects through a single contact.

A predictable monthly cost. A fixed fee per user, with projects quoted before they start.

Vendor-neutral advice. Recommendations based on what suits you, not what we resell.

What’s included

What you get. Every part of Managed IT Services, grouped by the job it does.

Keep it running

The daily work that stops problems before they start.

  • Monitoring and alerting

Servers, computers, network and cloud services watched, so warnings reach us before they reach your staff.

  • Patching and updates

Operating systems and software kept current, on a schedule that doesn’t interrupt the day.

  • Backup and recovery

Servers, endpoints and Microsoft 365 backed up and restore-tested.

  • Security essentials

Endpoint protection, email filtering, firewalls and MFA as one baseline on every device.

Support your people

Help when it’s needed, and a clean start and finish for every staff member.

  • Helpdesk support

Call, email or log a ticket and get an engineer, remotely or on site.

  • Device management

Desktops, laptops, servers and mobiles set up, configured and kept compliant.

  • Onboarding and offboarding

New starters ready on day one, and leavers’ access removed the day they go.

Own the whole picture

Someone who knows your environment and plans ahead for it.

  • Asset and licence tracking

Every device and licence recorded, with renewal and replacement dates.

  • Vendor management

Your internet provider, software vendors and suppliers dealt with on your behalf.

  • Documentation

Systems, accounts and procedures written down, so knowledge never leaves with one person.

  • Reviews and planning

Regular reviews turned into a roadmap and a budget.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish. You always know which one we’re on and what happens next.

  1. Review

We audit your devices, accounts, licences, backups and security, and walk you through what we find.

  2. Onboard

We document everything, install our monitoring and management tools, and fix the urgent issues first.

  3. Run

We monitor, patch, back up and support your team day to day, with every request logged and tracked.

  4. Improve

We meet with you regularly to review how it’s going and plan upgrades, replacements and budgets ahead of time.

Common questions

Asked before every first call. Straight answers, so you know where you stand before you talk to us.

Q.01

What’s included in the monthly fee?

Monitoring, patching, security essentials, backups, helpdesk support and regular reviews. Projects such as a new office or a large migration are quoted separately and agreed before any work starts.

Q.02

How is this different from calling someone when things break?

Break-fix only starts once something has stopped working, and the bill grows with every problem. Managed IT is paid to prevent problems, so our incentive matches yours: fewer outages.

Q.03

We already have an IT person. Do we still need you?

Not instead of them. Many businesses keep an internal IT person for day-to-day requests and use us for tools, monitoring, security, extra capacity and projects. We’re happy to work that way.

Q.04

Can you take over from our current provider?

Yes. We manage the handover, collecting credentials, documentation and licensing from the outgoing provider, so your team isn’t caught in the middle.
