Hands-on engineers for desks, server rooms and data centres
When hardware fails or needs installing, our engineers do the physical work, from a single faulty PC to racking and cabling in a data centre.
Engineers who do the physical work. From a failed laptop at a desk to racking, cabling and server swaps in a data centre.
Some IT work can’t be done remotely. A failed drive has to be replaced, a new switch has to be racked and cabled, and a server has to be swapped without taking the business down. Our engineers do that hands-on work in offices, server rooms and data centres, and arrive prepared.

Q.01
Do you work in data centres?
Yes, it’s a core part of what we do: racking, cabling, server and component replacement and remote hands, within each facility’s access and change procedures.
Q.02
Can you repair hardware without a managed agreement?
Yes. We take on one-off repair jobs as well as ongoing work, and agree the cost with you before we start.
Q.03
Are you tied to particular brands?
No. We’re vendor neutral and recommend whichever hardware suits the job, then support it whatever the badge on the front.
Q.04
What happens to our old equipment?
We securely wipe the drives, arrange responsible recycling, and record what was disposed of and when.
