Does Microsoft back up our Microsoft 365 data?
Not in the way most people assume. Deleted and overwritten data is only kept for a limited time, and isn’t protected against ransomware. An independent backup lets you restore from any point in time.

Which Microsoft 365 licence should we be on?
It depends on how your team works. For many businesses Business Premium is the best value, because it includes Intune and stronger security. We recommend based on what each person uses.
Q.03
Can you move us from Google Workspace?
Yes. We migrate email, calendars, contacts and files, and set up Teams and SharePoint so everything has a home on the other side.

Will we still need a server in the office?
Often not. Email, files and many applications move comfortably into Microsoft 365 and Azure. Some specialised software still needs one, and we’ll say so when it does.
