New offices, rollouts and moves, planned and delivered

We design and build the IT for new offices, roll out devices at scale, and move data, systems and equipment where they need to go, with the business kept running.

At a glance

Big changes, delivered without the drama. New offices, device rollouts and migrations, planned in detail and scheduled around your business.

Projects are where IT goes wrong most visibly: the new office that opens without internet, the migration that loses a folder, the rollout where every laptop is set up differently. We plan every step before anything moves, schedule the disruptive parts outside working hours, and always keep a way back.

Planned before anything moves. Every step, schedule and dependency mapped in advance.

Disruption kept after hours. Cutovers scheduled outside working time wherever possible.

Always a way back. A rollback plan for every stage, so no change is one-way.

Documented at the end. A clear record of everything we built, ready to hand over.

What’s included

What you get. Every part of Infrastructure, Rollouts & Migrations, grouped by the job it does.

Build and set up

New infrastructure designed around how you work.

  • Infrastructure design

Networks, servers, storage and security designed for today and the next few years.

  • Network installation

Wi-Fi, switching, firewalls and cabling installed and tested.

  • New office setups

Everything a new office needs, working on day one.

  • Device rollouts

Laptops and desktops deployed in bulk, to the same standard every time.

Move and migrate

From old to new, without losing anything on the way.

  • Office and equipment moves

Systems relocated and reconnected, so staff walk in to a working office.

  • Server and cloud migrations

Servers, email, files and accounts moved to Azure and Microsoft 365 in stages.

  • Data migrations

Data moved between servers, clouds and sites, and checked on arrival.

  • Upgrades and tenant migrations

Operating systems refreshed and Microsoft 365 tenants migrated.

Plan for what’s next

So the next big change never arrives as a surprise.

  • Disaster recovery planning

Recovery plans built around how long you can be down, then tested.

  • Infrastructure roadmap

Replacements and upgrades sequenced and budgeted ahead of time.

  • Documentation and handover

Everything we build recorded, so your team or ours can run it.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish. You always know which one we’re on and what happens next.

  1. Assess

We map what exists today, what needs to change, and what the business can’t afford to lose.

  2. Plan

We set out the order of work, the schedule, the cutover windows and a rollback plan for each stage.

  3. Build and move

We do the work, scheduled around your business so disruption stays low.

  4. Check and hand over

We test everything at the new end and document what we built.

Common questions

Asked before every first call. Straight answers, so you know where you stand before you talk to us.

Q.01

Will the move or migration cause downtime?

We keep it to a minimum. Disruptive steps are scheduled after hours or over a weekend, data is checked before the old system is switched off, and every cutover has a rollback plan.

Q.02

How long does a migration take?

A small email migration can take days; moving the servers, files and accounts of a larger business is staged over weeks. You get a timeline before work starts.

Q.03

Can you set up a new office from scratch?

Yes. Internet, cabling, Wi-Fi, firewalls, printers and every desk ready to work, coordinated with your builder, landlord and providers.

Q.04

Who looks after it once the project is done?

Your choice. We document everything we build, and can manage it from then on or hand it over cleanly to your own team.
